This company it's the biggest joke in the industry. Took them 2 month on a walk out of the park loan and never close the deal. They will ask you for plenty of information not once but twice or more, their employees don't know what they are putting together sometimes, they will lie to you right from the get go, they re ran my credit multiple times for no reason, even their own underwriter ask me why was I shopping around houses for and she must of not even know what's her same company. It is the policy of Best Capital Funding to not issue any letters of pre-qualification or pre-approval. The letter the borrower received was from their mortgage broker, not Best Capital funding, and was issued before the borrower's credit information was ever received by Best Capital Funding. I used Best Capital Funding only because the mortgage rep I often refer clients is associated with them. I purchased my home Oct 2017. The mortgage agreement stated if/when the principal of the conventional mortgage is below an 80% threshold the PMI would drop off. We sold our previous home in Feb 2018 and made a significant payment dropping our threshold significantly below the 80% requirement. We have called and written to request the PMI to be removed.
