The entire Best Buy team was amazing from beginning to end. Rich came out to access, and he was very honest and clear as to what the process entailed. Made the decision to sign easy. The install team came out and I was astonished with the level of work and how efficiently they got things done. I’d definitely recommend Best Buy to anyone looking into Basement Waterproofing! Really impressed!

I contacted Best Buy Waterproofing through referral. Richard Eagan came out and did a thorough analysis of our basement area letting us know how to best waterproof it through a sub floor pressure release system with a sump pump. He even sat at our table and sketched it out for us to easily digest the process. After a little back and forth we were able to agree to a scope of work. Best Buy Waterproofing's guys Hamilton, Kevin and their crew got out to us within a few days to do the job in 1 day. I appreciate their quick servi... read more

Best Buy Waterproofing came quickly to provide a free estimate. Jay came to assess the hole in my basement slab that had a whole with the remains of a basin. He was friendly and provided an honest assessment that I didn't really need their services to just fill the hole. I had not been sure if something was still active or not since someone had just covered it with a metal plate before. Thanks for providing your expertise Jay! Best Buy didn't try to sell me any other services which is appreciated, but will go a long wa... read more

Best Buy Waterproofing was an absolute lifesaver for my basement! Jay, the project manager, made everything clear and put me at ease right away. He carries career long institutional masonry knowledge. Darwin and his team were top-notch—they were meticulous, incredibly tidy, and worked efficiently to install the sump pump perfectly. The whole project was finished on time, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This team goes above and beyond—I highly recommend them!

Excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Ed was incredibly knowledgeable regarding our options. The crew were three polite and VERY hard working gentlemen. There was a fair amount of digging/work required and they left my landscaping better than it was initially! I would not hesitate to recommend. 10/10
