We bought a 2004 house without an inspection and later hired one to ensure there were no long-term issues. The inspector recommended a window well cover due to a faulty drainage pipe, but we couldn't find a suitable cover and were concerned about basement lighting and moisture. We used Best Buy in Dec 2023 and they have been a phenomenal company to work with. We had a flood in our basement and after doing a thorough review of several other company's we went with Best Buy. They installed a new suppump system and also diagnosed several previously unknown risks that would have cost us multiple tens of thousands to correct. I can't express adequately what a great company this is. The sales rep (Chip) is an expert in water management and the crews and foreman are professional, honest and do great work.

Couldn't ask for a better experience with Best Buy Waterproofing. They were knowledgeable from start to finish, explained all our options to get our house waterproofed. They addressed the crack in our basement walls efficiently and with ease. The crew was extremely hard working and cleaned up after all the work was complete. We are extremely satisfied with the work that was completed and would recommend this 5 star company to anyone who needs foundation work or waterproofing.

Best Buy provided a very prompt response after our initial inquiry and had a speedy turn around time to initial assessment. All individuals were extremely patient in answering questions and explaining the type of work that was required and why certain recommendations were being made. The team arrived on time and finished the work ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the result.

Prompt friendly callback. Rob who is very professional and friendly. He came out and listened to my concerns and gave me the best solution to my problem and explained out why it was the best solution. I was not overcharged and given a very reasonable price. Work was done professionally by 2 friendly professional employees. I recommend you call this company first.

The Best Buy team was nothing short of amazing, responsive, professional, quality-driven, and had a "can do attitude"!! I called the owner Andrew A***** at close to 10pm on a Thursday night, he put my worries to rest, called me the next day (before noon!), had a team assigned to remediate the problem immediately, AND came the next morning at 9am sharp to begin the work! The company representatives are professional, timely, hardworking and do great work. Also explained everything that was going to be done very candidly and do great work. I came across this company on ********* station and thought if they are bold enough to advertise on the Christian station then I want to talk to them.
