Best Buy Waterproofing came quickly to provide a free estimate. Jay came to assess the hole in my basement slab that had a whole with the remains of a basin. He was friendly and provided an honest assessment that I didn't really need their services to just fill the hole. Best Buy Waterproofing was an absolute lifesaver for my basement! Jay, the project manager, made everything clear and put me at ease right away. He carries career long institutional masonry knowledge. Darwin and his team were top-notch—they were meticulous, incredibly tidy, and worked efficiently to install the sump pump perfectly. Update: the company called me immediately to address the issues I had expressed in my review, which they did in a forthright manner, which I was impressed with, as I can appreciate a company which holds itself to high standards. I had Best Buy complete two drainage systems around the inside walls of my house in my basement and in my lower level before I moved into the home. Excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Ed was incredibly knowledgeable regarding our options. The crew were three polite and VERY hard working gentlemen. There was a fair amount of digging/work required and they left my landscaping better than it was initially! I would not hesitate to recommend. 10/10

I recently bought a house that the owners disclosed had some previous basement leak issues and touch up repair they had completed. The amount they paid for the work was very low so I contacted Best Buy waterproofing to get another opinion. Jay reassured me that everything looked good and I shouldn’t have any issues. It was refreshing to get an honest inspection.
