Salespeople need to be more honest with their customers. I had never gone car shopping before and was ignorant when it came to the shopping procedures. When I said I wanted to check out other dealerships before I make any final decisions, I was ignored. I was brushed off and had all my information checked so that my credit was damaged and only told so after the fact. I was told "THE" bank, as in only one, was checked and that I shouldn't go look anywhere else because they'll check my credit with other banks and damage it fur... read more
all the positive reviews must be FAKE! They will always tell u that there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with the car, but after a simple inspection from the original car dealer, they found that the car has some SERIOUS damage a nd its been in a serious accident, parts were replaced but not by original honda dealer , most likely to hide the damages from carfax ..... the carfax pulled was clear and had no accidents..this is BS ... the sales rep denies everything and refuses to fix the problem.
