Purchased a Samsung S8+ yesterday. Jason helped me with my purchase, set up all the Verizon auto pay stuff and helped me with a case! Made spending a grand a little easier.
Bought all my appliances for my new kitchen here in May of 2016. Opened up a credit card so I could get reward points (which should have been credited to my account in 30 days). Went back 5 months later to use the points on another appliance and points were not on my account. Assured they would be given to me (within 30 days- so I had to buy that appliance elsewhere since I needed it quickly). Came here for the classic NES on 12/20/2016 at 8am as per advertised, only to be diverted to come back at 11am because BESTBUY already gave away tickets at 7am (which was not advertised) and they did not have any more tickets left to give out and one can only buy a NES after 11am without a ticket "if any were left"! F you BestBuy you just lost like 300 people in you local area that will stay clear of your shitty false advertisement tactics ..... Goodbye forever, Merry Christmas !!!!
After spending thousands of dollars in 2 days at the Pleasant Hill store, mistreated by the Assist Manager, guess what, it's all coming back to you tomorrow morning - all unopened - will take my business elsewhere
