I recently bought a new Sony 55 inch TV to replace an older TV that worked fine but needed an upgrade. Unfortunately I should have stayed with the old one. The new one is glitchy and gets blank screens and turns on and off unpredictably from day one. Best Buy won’t help and says contact Sony. They don’t take calls at Sony. And when they were taking away my old TV set they dropped it and broke my porch and planters.
We ordered an Apple pencil online for curbside pickup. Paid in full, order number in hand..."ready for pickup in one hour." We drove down to the store, about a 40 minute trip, paid bridge fare to get there. We're sitting and sitting and sitting. No email saying the order is ready. I love that the employees are trained well and can help you pick the best item for your needs. My printer that I bought here in 2012 and never had a problem with stopped working and I kind of knew what I wanted and after talking with and explaining what I use it for it turned out it was the right one, plus I got 20% off with a birthday coupon so it worked out well.
No, the sales rep are arogaant and not very knowledgeable. Amazon will be my tech supplier.
