You buy an expensive TV and have no way to transport /set up and the sales guy tells you that they will deliver and set up, but they use a 3rd party that only sets it on the floor and leaves and tells you to call the managers and states he sees this happen every day. You call the store to speak to store manager and no one knows where he is and when you do speak to one, they wish to belittle you. We were offered other incentives with TV, not received them. They do not deliver or install themselves. They use a 3rd party (nothing to unusual, until you take a day off for them to install between 8am & 12pm.) Then at 2pm, when nobody has shown up or called, you call and find out about the 3rd party; call them and find out that they use a "3rd" or is it 4th party when it comes to deliveries that require installations. You guys should check your e mail. The one star is for communication. As much as i feel pretty cheated right now with my installation for my car stereo the installer Aaron is an an awesome guy. Maybe ill get an e mail back regarding my issues.
