Ordered a roof vent for bathroom exhaust, however my plumber ended up installing one after it was ordered. I have emailed several times with no response in over 3 weeks to return product. Horrible customer service i would get product form somewhere else if I were you.
I have only ordered 4 times from this location and they have been very helpful and patient when im trying to figure out everything I need! It has been going So well I'm planning to limit my shingles install and up my orders from Best buy Metals Charlotte!
