If I could rate lower than a 1star I would. We purchased a couple months ago. Delivery was just before Christmas. There was so many things that they did wrong, The front of the house faces our backyard they mirrored our house and built it completely backwards. My island was not the way we asked for it to be (it was supposed to be a 2 tier it’s just a flat normal island). The backsplash in my kitchen was supposed to go up to the bottom of the kitchen cupboards and was supposed to be in the colour “Polvere” my backsplash tile ... read more

Worst post-buying experience ever. Aside from the overall poor quality of the home, the service from best buy is even worse. All we get is excuse after excuse as to why they can't come back and fix any deficiencies. It's been 5 months since delivery and nothing has been fixed. Some repairs are weather sensitive and NEED to be done. Once they are paid they could care less. Do your research and learn from my mistake DO NOT buy from these con artists.
