Worst post-buying experience ever. Aside from the overall poor quality of the home, the service from best buy is even worse. All we get is excuse after excuse as to why they can't come back and fix any deficiencies. It's been 5 months since delivery and nothing has been fixed. Some repairs are weather sensitive and NEED to be done. Once they are paid they could care less. Do your research and learn from my mistake DO NOT buy from these con artists.

Would like to share with you our experience with Best Buy Homes. To say it was horrendous is an understatement. We found the park model plan that we liked and placed an order with Best Buy and signed a purchase agreement. We were given a approximate delivery date and decided to sell or existing unit. After several delays the manufacture decided to add an additional 10k to our purchase price even though we had a signed agreement. The original purchase of the unit was decent, delivery was on time and good, from there it has been a complete joke. We fixed our furnace ourselves on their request, took 6 months to get reimbursed, we have windows that were laying on the floor at delivery and they still have not replaced. Their people who come do the service are very good, but aren't supplied with the materials they need to fix. It has been 3 trips and we still don't have a bedroom window.
