If I could give them a 0 I would! DO NOT USE BEST BUY FOOORING!! This company is the WORST flooring company ever! Do not get your floors done by them. We went to them prior to having a baby in order to change our carpets to laminate flooring. At first they seemed great, we worked out a deal and set a date to start. Then the start date came around and they showed up late. we were told 3-5 days to complete the job.
