Honestly, the most hassle-free car buying experience I've ever had. The car we purchased had low-milage, the interior was clean and the body was in amazing condition, especially for a vehicle from Western New York, if you are familiar with the winters here. They had a large selection of used cars to choose from.
Bought a 2010 Mercury Mariner from here, over the 2 years I owned it I had to replaced nearly everything under the car.
My son bought an expensive car from this dealership. Within less than one month, it was throwing codes, including an O2 Sensor code (which they said they replaced.) Within two months (warmer weather) we found that the air conditioner does not work. We contacted the business to report the issue, and we were told that these things were not covered. My son's car is now in our mechanic's shop. I recommend that you DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS BUSINESS.
