Bought a 2010 Mercury Mariner from here, over the 2 years I owned it I had to replaced nearly everything under the car.
My son bought an expensive car from this dealership. Within less than one month, it was throwing codes, including an O2 Sensor code (which they said they replaced.) Within two months (warmer weather) we found that the air conditioner does not work. We contacted the business to report the issue, and we were told that these things were not covered. My son's car is now in our mechanic's shop. I recommend that you DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS BUSINESS.
It’s hard to find a good used car these days! Wondering if you can trust the seller or vehicle! Best Buy knows how to run their business and treated us with respect .Our daughter bought her first car here.90 day warranty or 5,000 miles.They made everything go smoothly for us since we live about an hr away. So disappointed that I have to write this. I went to this place without reading the reviews. What a mistake! Purchased a car for my daughter which I made clear to David the owner operator. He sold me a 2011 Chevy Cruze. And unbeknownst to me, the car had transmission issues and a bad oil leak. Because I purchased the car 2weeks before gifting it to her for graduation, we lost 2wks of the "30 day warranty" that he provided. When we finally got the car back he says he'd fix the oil leak.
