Worst option for computer repair!!!!! OMG Took my laptop (which I bought at best buy) in for a screen replacement. They said it would cost $450 to repair and it would take 2-3 weeks. I we ahead and let them fix it but when it came back it was worse than before and they wiped out my entire hard drive! These "geek squad" people have little no no training and should not be trusted with your data or computer!
Don't waste your time. Prices are just to high and people don't even know it. Purchased a new Seagate and had to return it the next day, which isn't Bestbuys fault but while I was trying to return my item I had to wait over 20 minutes at the Salem store and the girls working there totally ignored me and it wasnt even busy. While I was waiting and watching the girls, they did absolutely nothing and they were trying to look busy but they never did a damn thing. They have eveyrthing electronic We love Best Buy. If we ever need to buy anthing electronic in Salem, this is where we look first. They seem to have the best prices over-all. We have purchased video game systems and TV's from them. Their staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell and willing to spend time with you answering your questions.
Cool Neat store. Lots of wonderful items and prices. The employees are very nice. You get help right away. They specialize in computers. We have always had wonderful service.
Go here for lots of technology items Best Buy specializes in electronic equipment (like games and computers), visual equipment (like TVs and camcorders), and appliances (like washers and dryers). They also have car alarms and other smaller items, like phones and movies. They have a good selection, and it's really a wonderful place to go for someone interested in these things. The drawback is they don't offer much to someone not interested in electronics. The employees are helpful, and the return policy works good.
Great store... This is a great store nice staff and lots of good deals. I dont go anywhere else for my electronic needs. I just recently moved to Salem and I use to love the one off 82nd in portland but this one works just fine! :)
Best Buy? It store is cool and I often see my husband drool but I do not always think it is a Best Buy. I have to shop around to make sure that the rebates don't confuse.
Best Electronic Deals in Town I like to shop around and have done a whole lot of comparison shopping. Best Buy is easily has the best prices (consistently). You may find an occasional sale at Circuit City that can compare, but when you take into consideration the value of the service (these folks do NOT work on commission and are extremely knowledgeable), no other electronic store comes close in Salem.
Great! Best Buy is really a great place to get what you are looking for. They are very helpful and knowledgable. We always get great deals, and seems like there is always some sort of rebate that we get more money off. They have a nice return policy, and we have never had any trouble returning something.
