We had been shopping around for the right PC monitor for my wife's work-from-home setup. Since she regularly works with financial and legal documents, we needed a monitor that could properly display specific resolutions and aspect ratios so she could comfortably view multiple documents on a single screen. Very helpful when i went to customer service
Went lookin for a laptop charger cord, young gal helped me out and found the correct cord quickly . Great service !
Store actively displaying incorrect pricing on showroom floor, but unwilling to honor price when attempting to purchase. Said "call apple to complain". Made no action to remove display of improper pricing after being made aware.
4th of July specials were nice. Too many people approaching us about phone options/plans. Other than that I got what I came for and the person helping me was quick, professional and gave advise on the different plans for the watch I was purchasing.
