Made an appointment to have my Apple iPhone battery replaced, since Best Buy is an authorized repair center (and close to my home). My phone has active AppleCare+ coverage and was showing my battery as "significantly degraded" and in need of replacement. Cost was shown as $0 (i.e. free) when I made the appointment. I had a fridge delivered to my home today and I left some items in my old one. RJ and Demar went above and beyond for me. I am a diabetic and WAITED on me to get back to them in the heat to get my meds back! They offered to bring it to me! I tried to call the store bc these gentlemen deserve huge kuddos and if I can talk their manager into a bonus I’m going to! Very impressed
