So my experience with best buy geek squad with employee Named Josh I would highly recommend going to him he was very polite and very knowledgeable about my computer problems really good customers skills I will forever now be a customer to this best buy location.
I don't know why I keep giving the Best Buy in Summerville another chance, because every visit ends the same way—frustrated and disappointed. It seems like what is advertised online and what actually happens in the store are two completely different things. Michelle Z. Sold a washer and dryer to my grandparents who were gifting it to us. She was snooty the whole time trying to rush them out and typed my phone number in for the delivery and rushed them out the door stating it would be delivered to me in two days.
