Customer service what is that
I wish I could give no stars, but here we are. We purchased a shark vacuum/mop and started experiencing a small amount of issues with it a few months in. However, I purchased a protection plan for repair, replacement, or refund so I felt comfortable we would be good. Fast forward to this past Sunday. I purchased a sound system as a Father’s Day gift and spent over $1500. When I gave the gift we realize that the speakers were different colors. I went to the store to exchange the speaker which I thought would be a pretty easy task however the manager. JaCory told me that in order to get the correct color speaker I would have to pay over $100 more not because of the color because it was no longer on sale.
