The store manager JT has to be the worst manager I have ever dealt with. Complete lack of disrespect towards customer service. He refused to allow me to purchase any merchandise because the card reader couldn't read my chip. I asked to swipe and they cancelled my order and demanding another card to be used or I could leave. Mind you, I offered to show Photo ID for my debit card and I had the pin for it. when I asked for his supervisor he said he is the only one in the store and he was not going to bother anyone over my compl... read more
Best Buy Waco... Do not purchase anything. The customer service is terrible and they worry more about money than customer satisfaction. I'll never purchase anything else from them!!!
We couldn't have bee treated more professionally. The young man who worked two "mature" folks (us) through getting a new computer (ours died!) was knowledgeable, courteous, and considerate. This was true while we were in the store, but his offer to contact him (name/number on card) was handy when, about 1.5 hours later, we found that hooking up the parts a challenge. We called, he was still at BB, and encouraged us to come back...that he would make sure we had a useful computer!!! Small town (Waco) has its benefits. We were ... read more
