I was widowed 2 years ago and recently purchased a Best Buy item online. When ordering I accidentally used my husbands account instead of my own. When I went to pick up the product it wasn’t in my name but Todd, Donny, and JT went above and beyond to help me switch the names so I could walk out with what I ordered as well as helping me with another exchange I needed to make. These guys have a customer for life! Thankful for their kindness and superior customer service.
I had a Great Buying Experience. Donnie was Very Helpful & Made My Shopping Trip Easy Breezy! I got the Washer and Dryer on Sale & also Got a $50 Gift Card! Had a Terrific Labor Day Weekend Knowing that my Purchase was COMPLETELY Completed!
Just had the best experience with Todd and Donny! Very professional and helpful. Todd saw us looking at dishwashers, stopped to see if we needed help, told us about Bosch, Donny came over and Todd left us in good hands. Donny was personable and just fun to talk with. Thanks guys!
Great store
For the second time, I have purchased a product that performed poorly. Best Buy's only recourse is for you to contact the manufacturer, it's THEIR warranty. I take that as Best Buy not standing behind the products they sell. The Geek Squad is a joke, poorly organized and have no communications skills. They just talk in circles and attempt to circumvent the problem buy using technical terms to avoid resolution. I will no longer purchase from Best But at all, they don't provide good customer service or quality products.
Horrible service! Who walks away from a paying customer??? Seriously. Won’t be back.
I just spent fifty minutes of my evening standing in the camera section waiting to be acknowledged by a Best Buy employee. Multiple employees walked past me without ever batting an eye. A group of employees even had a small get-together near me without ever asking me if I needed assistance. Suffice to say, I’m going to purchase the camera I intended to buy today from B&H. Well done.
