Arial thank you!! This person helped us out big time Had a client who was on hospice at that that I HAD to bring down to settle and pay for an appt!!!! Only to realize my client was going to be sitting and waiting for a Geek Squad specialist! For 1 hr and 30 minutes, she was going to have to wait!! Arial took it and climbed mountains I am sure to be able to get her figured out and paid for.
I operate a small home-based business (for 30 years now). Three days after buying a 12 month Geek Squad Total Member subscription for $175, I called 24/7 online help to fix an email issue. The online Tech support was running "Microsoft repair" when a 2nd online tech rebooted my computer which crashed the Microsoft operating system.
