Visited this store last night and got amazing service from the pick up counter. Alysa, the team lead, was especially helpful with getting us in and out quickly after placing a pick up order in store and expediting the pick up for us. Thank you!

I purchased some appliances and now I'm getting the run around on when I will receive them. When I call the store, no one is available and no one calls me back. I'm very disappointed and will never buy appliances from them again. I will also be telling them to refund my entire purchase which was close to $3,000 total. I'm placing this review everywhere so other consumers don't have to deal with this. Purchase anywhere else, just not Best Buy because it isn't the best buy and their fulfillment team is horrible.
