I purchased the PS4 Tekken 7 game this evening. I came home to play with my family and we discover there is no disc in the case. Unfortunately, the store closed for the day. I called customer service and was told that if I return to the store and they can't help me then I would have to call customer service to build a case. Can someone tell me why I would need to do this? Why can I get definite action to correct the situation? This is horrible. I'm requesting a full refund. #1156wintergarden
