Charged me $20 more for a product in store compared to their website. I was told by a manager that they can’t price match their own website and I could return the item and place an online order. When I said I would, I was told “we are busy and it may take 1 1/2 hours for the pickup to be ready” even though I’m holding the product in my hands. That’s just plain stupid and you won’t get my business again.

Waited about 15 minutes just to get someone on the phone.
Went in with my son to shop for his birthday gift. He wanted a switch but I wanted him to be sure so he was trying it out on the demo. Now I’ve worked retail and I know it’s their job to ask if I need help, but one thing that isn’t ok is to send ppl in my direction and act like they are doing something when they are really spying on me. I had a very bad customer experience there. I will never make a purchase at that store again. I even tried to reach out to management and couldn't get a response.
Just love this store. Employees are friendly and always ask if they can be of help. Great appliance and electronics store....
Best Buy (Mechanicsville VA) just delivered a replacement upright freezer for me, and hauled the damaged one away even though Hubby and I had picked it up at the store on Tuesday. I am so grateful that we didn't have to haul the damaged one back to the store and then carry the replacement into the house - all the work was done for me! Thanks for the great customer service, guys!
