I had a tricky return which turned into a gift card and resolved as best as could be done. Great service and support!
Purchased a Xbox One S at the end of June. 24 days later and the Xbox stopped working. Took it in to Best Buy and they said “Sorry, we only have a 14 day return period.” It’s not a return, it’s a warranty replacement. They said there is nothing they can do now I have to find my own way to return it to Microsoft. Terrible customer service policy. Looks like I will be shopping at Costco and Amazon for my electronic purchases now.
DO NOT HAVE THEM INSTALL ANYTHING IN YOUR FROM THEM. The tech drilled into my new cars wire harness. Going to cost around 7 grand
Can't say enough good things about their computer and cellular help desks. We subscribe to the computer services and use them 4-6 times a year. They really know how to fix things. Thanks to Rachel today I now have a working cell phone which I was previously unable to get up and running and start phone service on a provider that is not one of their featured partners.
Horrible service.Customers are ignored in the name of policy. I receive a TV after online order and while it was damaged clearly through no fault of mine or the shipping company they refuse to do anything because I opened the box after 15 days. Thanks Best (or should I say Worst) Buy for only caring about customers for 15 days. They have definitely lost customers for life today.
Groups of employees talking on the floor(not in any sort of meeting) waited in the tv section for help and stopped 2 employees before someone was sent to us. The gaurs at the front was nice though.
