ID have a good experience Like in the others BEST BUY stores
Ordered a tv online for cyber Monday. Then went to return the tv at this location. Physically gave them the tv to ship. The employees there told me that I would not be refunded until the tv was processed at corporate. This ended up not being the case and now I am out $300. I have talked to corporate who now physically has the tv and are saying I have to be refunded by the location where I returned it. Only problem is they never answer the phone.
