Not the best customer service. When we were on line a girl asked if we were using a card to pay. We explained we were using a gift card. She seemed very confused and used her hand to dismiss us...
Michael and Imran were extremely helpful. They were able to answer every question my mom had regarding her first iPhone.
Their floor staff is equivalent to zoo animals released from a cage who just discovered a remote control for the first time. Clueless and overselling. If you can, get your products at Apple.
Worst. Customer Service. Ever. They had me wait for a product for 40 minutes, only to tell me that they had made a mistake and didn't have it @ the store.
There is nothing in this store that you can't get at a better price in the neighborhood - under staffed and over priced!
If you are a Portuguese speaker (or English), talk to Vera and Claudio, they're very nice and helpful Brazilian staff. Luckly, I didn't have an awful experience as the other people who left a tip here
