Only incompetent management would put trainees on customer service during a big game release while other employees stand around laughing and chatting to each other. Avoid this place like the Plague.

This is a Flag ship Best Buy, say hi to the Publisher of G Style Magazine if you see him roaming around. Also whenever new artists release albums, many times it will happen at this location.
Possibly the worst Best Buy I've ever been to. Totally understaffed, you stand around waiting for assistance for 20 some mins and forget about trying to call, you're on hold for >30 mins. Just awful.
Very helpful staff but I don't care for this location. Small and cramped and very long lines.
