RecommendedI ordered online to have my order picked up, curbside. I traveled a hour and a half to pick up my order, as all stores closer to me were sold out of the items. Someone from the store stayed several minutes after closing hours so that I was able to pick up my order. I was incredibly appreciative that this location was able to accommodate my tardiness for pickup and that the employee who stayed late greeted me with a smile. It’s a great store with knowledgeable employees
I was in your store looking to buy a laptop. Around 10 workers were standing around socializing and never bothered to ask myself or the only other customer in your store if they need help. Absolutely worst customer service ever
My husband and I purchased a Black Friday special (32" tv for $79) and took it home, put it on the wall mount we purchased for it, and it HAD NO SOUND. So today (6 days later) I took it back and had one of the MOST PLEASANT, EASIEST Exchange experiences of my life! All three young men who helped me and waited on me (Unfortunately I did not get their names) were pleasant, helpful and cheerful! The exchange couldn't have been smoother! I purchased a stove on 6-3 -19 and was told it would be delivered on 7-1-19 seemed like a long time but said ok I waited till 6 30pm and never got a call so I called them and got the run around for 30 mins they said they could not get in touch with the installer and that the stove was at their warehouse but they can't get it delivered till 7 29 19 and that this happens all the time with there installers and Im out of luck and its out of there hands the worst customer service ever!!!
This place is a just another example of a big box store in it for the bottom line and not building a customer base. Have bought computers from them from this store for 10 years and they won’t ever get another dime. Gave the manager numerous opportunities to do the right thing but just like any other big corporation their “hands are tied”.�
If there was a rating lower than 1 star I would post that. Absolutely the worst.
Well, just went to Best Buy in Marquette. Walked around the lap top display ready to buy. I was there while two other customers came in behind me & got helped. I was greeted as I came in, noticed two areas where 3 or more employees gathered to chitchat. I got noticed e as I left the store. I guess either I appeared too old or too poor to buy a lap top. Either way, I will not be doing business with the Marquette store. Very poor customer service.
