An employee at the store STOLE our Best Buy credit card and charged at least 1 soda a day for like 3+ months before we realized what was happening. After customer service initially agreed to credit our account back within a couple business days, they never did it. Best Buy THEN wouldn't credit our account back because after giving us the run around, they claimed we couldnt prove we weren't the ones going into the store every day for 3 months to buys the one soda yourself. The young salesman recommended the wrong type of modem router for me, and it turned out the store doesn't carry the kind I needed, but Eric was the epitome of kind & professional when I returned it.
