Everyone don't go to this best buy it's a waste of time and money the man (David) here who claims to be the manager is a nasty smart mouth racist. He was Nasty and rude to me and my mother I will never shop here again.

Never purchase a sprint phone from Colonial hgts, Va best buy. They offer you phone protection but fail to tell you that without the protection if you have issues with the phone, the geek squad will not help you and neither will they. Additionally, the cell phone section is only interested in selling or upgrading your phone, very rude and unhelpful beyond that.
Best buying experience even....!!!! Dameka, our personal salesperson, was AWESOME!!!!!!!!! I give her a 10 out of 10, and five stars...!!!
went in to get a new phone a total of three associates was assisting us meaning we were pass on from one associate to the other the last one was the worse (a female) kept walking away seems not interested make story short the phone that we got was not even activated spent two hours in there the only positive is the lady at the geek squad who installed my screen protector. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!
Bought a laptop. A few weeks later a fan stopped working. They would not replace it. Ive bought TVs, phones, laptops, printers, etc. They will not see another dime of mine. No customer service at all. Said it was nothing they could do.
It’s such a great store with good deals. I’d highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a deal on premium electronics!
Kudos to Matt and Samsung Dave!! Matt entertained my questions leading up to the release and subsequent purchase of the Note8. Samsung Dave knows his stuff! I could easily become addicted to his workshops! Great customer service! Definitely would recommend this store to family and friends.
