Do your due diligence when using them to switch cellphone carriers. Was told i was going to get a gift card to switch, so i did. Then they go. "Oh its for upgrades only" Spoke to the manager. Even though I was lied to they tell me that he cant do anything. ill call corporate.
So I buy a new Samsung tv from Best Buy today and when I got home there was a crack in the screen, so I returned to the store within an hour and the MOD told me there's nothing they can do for me on a store level. They told me to call corporate and when I did they told me that it would have to be taken care of on a store level. This is absolutely ridiculous
