BYE-BYE BEST BUY: I was on the phone for 35 minutes trying to get through to Best Buy to change the date of delivery of a TV and installation services. The local store never pick up, choosing to let it be flipped to a succession of call centers around the world. Finally, exhausted and pissed, I asked for a corporate customer service an complaint office and they said Best Buy does not have any way for me to contact them with a complain either by email, phone or text. Bye-bye Best Buy!

Thieves!! My wife just returned a $1400. camera I bought for her for Christmas and they charged $195.00 restocking fee! the sales person lead me to believe there was a built in flash and there was not, she went to do an exchange and they charged 15% restocking fee on a box that is 6 inches. We are good customers even have a best buy credit card and a long history of buying electronics from them ....NEVER again! My family of 5 will never shop there again!
I ordered a TV on Black Friday for pick up in the store, when the time comes I am told that the TV had previously been picked up by someone else. I am being billed for a TV I do not have. I will not be shopping with Best Buy again. They have dishonest employees.
