Went today to get a new computer for my girlfriend, the guys in the computer department are great and very professional. I also wanted to purchase a new sound bar. Unfortunately the guys in TV electronics are unprofessional. I waited almost 20 min to be told to wait another 10 min to be helped after spending almost $1200 on a brand new computer there. John in TVs thought his phone was more important then helping a customer answer one simple question. Also spoke to the department manager, he was no help.

You resolved a very important issue caused by “Geek Squad Protection ” Thank You for Excellent customer service! 2 days I tried emails and phone calls, I wish I would have began by stopping in your store and speaking with you personally and saved allot of aggravation. Not my usual Best Buy, but stopped by to grab a couple of Christmas things, good selection and good employees as well. But major props to the cashier Renee who not only helped with a complicated order, and gave a basket for my stuff in line, but she also was very nice. I mentioned some items were for my mom in rehab/nursing home for cancer and she was very encouraging, sharing from her own experiences. She not only made me feel more upbeat tonight, but in general. Whomever hired her, hired a jewel. Thank you Renee.
They destroyed my grandmother's hard drive. After we bought a $2,000 computer they were supposed to transfer the information over to the new one and destroyed the old computer and did not want to take responsibility for it
Do not buy appliances from this store. We shopped around after relocating from Indiana to Florida and purchased an entire Whirlpool package from this store. 22 days later the French door refrigerator quit working ruining all of its contents. That happened Tuesday, they were to deliver a replacement today between 1-4, they are now saying the delivery has been rescheduled "pending". This is completely unacceptable! Buyer beware we shopped here for years since they opened and just got scammed on our cell phones.... them making it up .... is adding a line ok we were going to but that person after our experience is refusing to join now... and their taking care of the new a addition not us who paid upfront is horrible! We spent thousands on buying t.v's, a bed, game systems, vacuums, sound systems, printers, computers, etc. etc etc. this is how we are treated! Loyal customers treated like crap!
