Best Buy in Spring Hill on Wendy Rd is the WORSE store ever to contact! They let their customers sit on hold for 45 minutes without having ANYONE answer the phone to ask a simple question about a purchase. This is twice now this has happened. And NO I was NOT calling about the PS5. I am FUMING MAD.......NOW I’m going to have to drive there to ask a quest THEY could answer over the phone IF they would answer the phone!

Totally disgusted with Best Buy! Just spent $1200 for what I thought was a “new” MacBook Air, and after 2 hours with Apple support, found out my “new” MacBook was refurbished! I will never buy anything from Best Buy again! Be careful with buying anything “new” from them!

By far the best customer service and selection of any store comparable, extremely knowledgeable staff, friendly and understanding, they really know how to listen and get you just what you need and on your way. Keep up the great work, DK in home theater is the best employee they've ever hired 10 thumbs up
Definitely one of the best Best Buys in Florida. They all have a genuine care for the customers, deep knowledge on their department products and also departments they don't even work in. Most of these one star complaints I see on here are manufacturer defects or a lack of understanding on store policy, Geek Squad protection and service plans. If you look at things rationally, this is a fantastic place to shop for all your electronic needs!
