On Black Friday Best Buy Monroeville staff and security were great!
I'm a little disappointed with Best Buy's service. I called in last week about their Black Friday deal and they told me I could get a certain deal online. Now I find out I have to go in store. This changes all of my plans and I hate that I feel forced to be away from my family just to get a deal that I was told I could get with one click...
Very disappointed in your customer service! We bought brand new appliances from you a year ago. Our black stainless fridge started chipping around both handles. We called the Geek Squad Protection like we were supposed to. They came out and said unfortunately that cosmetic issues aren't covered but that the damage looks to be a DEFECT! They said the store can help you out if you call and talk to the manager. He did say they probably wouldn't help us but that they were able to. Well he was right. I called the store. Waited 45 minutes at the mobile station,just to not get help. This is the second time this happened. Will not be returning
I came in today with a computer that we bought for my little girl a year ago. Since she had rarely used it, she had forgotten the password. We tired to recall it so many times that it went into some weird mode with an administrator password. I took it to the Geek Squad today and they worked for about 40 minutes to totally restore it and they charged me absolutely nothing. Wonderful, wonderful service. Thanks to the Monroeville Geek Squad. You were my heroes today.
Always a great experience with this store. Even if there was a problem with a purchase the management at this store goes out of their way to put the customer first.
