RecommendedMy Dad and I went in looking for CD Slot Mount. After stopping at a few other stores he found the perfect one with the help from Jeremiah.
I was guaranteed delivery of a product yesterday, that is a Christmas gift for my son, to now a few days before Christmas hear it won't be arriving AND I can't get my money back!!! I'm currently waiting 40 minutes on hold for a manager! Unacceptable!!! Apparently the only guarantee this year is furious parents and heartbroken children!
The only way to improve this location is to demo the entire building and fire every single employee. Do you guys just stand around and watch the phones ring? I would have an easier time calling Jesus Christ himself and getting ahold of him than I am getting someone from this god forsaken store to pick up the phone. You guys are the worst.
The staff was very knowable and the price of my television was very responsible.

First delayed two days then they bring in and unpack a TV which was the wrong TV caught driver before he left. brought in the right TV. Here is my lovely $1000 TV
I’m very upset with this store!! On Sunday I was at the mall where an older gentleman who is a veteran who is disabled was getting his stereo repaired was made to walk from there store to the mall to waist time until his car was repaired. The gentleman couldn’t even walk and then had to ask for a ride back to the store. Not only should of someone at that store should have made sure he was ok especially since is a vet that served our country but a human.
