The “faces” of Best Buy, meaning the people who help the customers are insulting, and rude. I asked one customer service person about updating my technology. She asked what I was using, I told her (I admit and knew it was older tech and I was behind the times) she laughed and said that’s old. As if I didn’t learn the first time, I had two employees talking and waited until they were done and one said “Can’t you see we’re talking!” Lost another sell. Have never been back since and tell everyone they are the worst.

Had my system installed in my 08 Grand Prix. They were awesome! They were quick and did an awesome job!!
