Went in today (4:30pm) and was asked "Browsing or check in?" Browsing, but if I need help how do I do that? The employee looks down on me and says "I just asked you if you wanted to browse or check in." Well now you're being rude. He told me he didn't care and truned around and ignored me. Made my purchse at Walmart $366.43.
My daughter received a remote start purchased from Best Buy for Christmas from her father. He set up the appointment and obviously they had to know what kind of car she had in order to buy the remote start. She takes it today for her appointment, which we were told would be an hour and a half to 2 hours. Leaves her car, goes back to get it and now it won’t be ready until 2pm tomorrow? Thats complete BS and extremely poor customer service, no way to handle a business at all.
Shoutout to Zack and Mel for great customer service,and making sure I got what I wanted and needed! I Had a bad experience in regards to an installation, but these two made sure It was fixed! Because of you two, I will continue to be a customer!

Our refrigerator was delivered today by Best Buy, after we had cancelled our order at Lowe's AND Home Depot. We were very satisfied with the customer service provided by the Geek Squad! Our original order from Lowe's had a delivery person who was not able to find our house and also spoke very little English so we were unable to relay correct directions to him. took forever to get help once I got to the item I wanted to buy. once someone FINALLY got there after 20 minutes the guy was very helpful. the cashier was nice as well.
RecommendedOn the busiest and craziest day of the year Best Buy staff were great! They were answering questions and making it easy for everyone while Laughing and smiling! It was a smooth process!!! Great job Lynchburg Best Buy!
