The help I received while in the store was excellent, hence the 5.
I was there today the check my phone to see what's going on with it and I find a guy over there his name Mario he awesome guy he helped me for everything and I appreciate the store have this guy there thank you so much Best Buy for having this people make it easy for us again thank you Mario for help
Went in for my Samsung cellphone problem and was told they have the Samsung Experience and that they could reinstall my Operating System. They didn't. I drove to the Burbank store and Kevin and Haig did. Poor customer service in the Santa Clarita store!
Purchased all kitchen appliances here last night. Customer service & sale lady were great! Highly recommend it! AAA+++
Was going to buy something in the Black Friday ad today but when I checked the availability At the store the website said it was not available for pickup at any store within 250 miles. So I went to Target to get it. Don't understand why no store had availabilty and the store doors hadn't even open. When I clicked on pick up at store a pop up message told me I would have to go 250 miles.
