I just had a great experience with a customer service gentleman in appliances named Rick. He helped me above and beyond with a problem that want even in his store. Kudos to Rick. You restored my faith in Best Buy.
This is by far the worst store for a best buy I have ever been to. The manager is beyond rude and lazy. I went in to place an order for car audio, paid in full and ensured I had everything ready to go for the order to ensure it could be installed. Two days before the installer called to explain that he did not have all the parts and the person who ordered the radio to the store did not check to make sure the product could even be sold. Nearly a year ago we had Nathanael Lewis of the Geek Squad / Best Buy out to deal with a major computer crash. Since that time our computer has worked perfectly. Several days ago I updated Window 10 knowing that my apps, files, photos were there but I had idea how to put things back in place, I am almost totally computer ignorant. I love to use best buy when I buy any machine products. In store they have very kind advice and helper sometime I need to wait long especially end of year (If there were bunch of customers) mostly I do really quick and one-stop buying in store. However, I have a suggestion about online store service. I just find my package now but it had didn't delivered on my mail-box because there were had have miss-writing address. Take a while to get help all you see the associate just standing and talking each other ,worst thing they only ask those customer that they think will buy something , poor service i end up googling the info of the tv i buy.
I am only rating this one star due to that lady who was stationed over at pick-up section on the front corner. She rolled her eyes up just because I asked for a bag? Are y'all that stingy on plastic bags when y'all are allowed to give one for your costumers! It's not a freakin grocery store damn! I was havin an awesome Sunday and she just wrecked it all for a freakin plastic!! I hope not all staff are like her, it's very disrespectful and annoying. Still love Best Buy though, bad experience is all.
