This store rocks in customer service.i had an issue with a product,I returned it,without any issues. They actually took better care of me,since I had to come back. My hats off to Stacy and Red.The cellular staff Also do an excellent Job. This is why I won't go anywhere else but the town and country circle location.

Great store. Pretty much everything that I need id in here, lots of good meat cuts and the fruits that they have in here are always fresh. Good store all in all.

Best BS in the world. Cant get any competent help the sales people will avoid you when they know you are looking for help not sure if the are lazy or just dont want to reveal their incompetence. I have been t most of the Best Buys in Las Vegas but this one is to stay away from for sure

I have been shopping at the Oswego Il Best Buy since the store opened. I am a Loyal Platinum customer. I have bought all of my 7 flat screen tvs as well as my home theatre and all electronics exclusively at Best Buy. I am writing to you about a recent incident at this particular store. First of all, I have gone in there twice and been completely blown off by staff members. I think it has something to do with the fact that I am a young female. The second time I was ignored, a middle-aged male customer actually had to tell a Best Buy employee - "No, I dont need help, but I think that young lady has been standing and waiting for help for quite a while" Second of all - I bought a laptop here. I don't know everything about cell phones, that's why I went to Best Buy. I didn't appreciate being made to feel like an idiot about cell phones. I went over to the AT&T store and renewed my line with them. They did a much better job helping me get a phone that I felt did everything I wanted it to. Best Buy made it feel like I was buying a car. My advice to management there, if your guys aren't on a commission or some sort of spiff system, you need them to back down!
