Waited in line at customer service for half an hour to be told he couldn’t help me and everyone else had customers. Therefore Instead of finding someone that could help I would have to wait in another line for another long wait.
You sales teams sucks. I have been here for over an hour. Not once has anyone offered to help me. I have been waiting for a phone service person to assist me however there is only one person working in this section. You should always staff both desk in this section. There is no excuse to have to wait over an hour for assistance.
Added a line to my att account at this location told them I want insurance on my phone they told my that my plan with att had insurance. My phone is now stolen and called att and they tell me I dont have insurance on that line.i am know out 800 for a IPhone 7

We needed to exchange our cell phones and Adrian was a fantastic guy. He efficiently completed the paperwork, downloaded info from previous phones, and stayed with us the entire time. A replacement phone was faulty, so we returned for another and Adrian calmly went through the procedure again. Thanks for all of your assistance! We appreciate your expertise!
