I went in today to purchase a PC and printer for our home and was turned away because I didn’t have a mask on... Even though the mandate was lifted six days ago they said it was company policy. So I went next door to Office Depot and spent $1,300 and received great customer service and great products!!
Can’t get ahold of them on the phone, I’ve been on hold for an hour without talking to a real person.
RecommendedBeen calling today since 534pm I’ve had 3 transfers and now 15mins later the phone just rings l. So I drove up here to the store and you see associates just on their phones and talking. Thanks for not picking up the phone!! Taking my business elsewhere.
Mitch & Sophia from Best Buy, Lake Jackson provided excellent customer service today. I had an issue with an email thinking maybe spam, and they took care of it and investigated for me. They solved my mobile issue, and they did it with great attitudes and understanding. I appreciate it very much! Definitely will be returning to Best Buy for my next mobile device! Thanks Again!!
