I tried to buy a copy of MS Office 365. At the cashier they said they required a phone number and email address. I gave them this info, but the system didn't like it because it is an international number and email. After about 10 minutes consulting with another employee, the cashier said they couldn't sell us the software! Unbelievable that collecting marketing info is more important than an actual sale. I went to a competitor directly afterward and bought the software completely hassle free.
I've been trying for over 30 minutes to get someone to pick up the phone! I got excited when someone finally answered, and promptly hung up before saying hello.
Finally a store i can shop – I have been going to this best buy since it opend a few years ago. Everytime i come to either get a dvd or the latest new gadget i am helped and i leave knowing more than i did about that product before i came in. The staff is always around and is very polite. I will continue to shop at this location for any electronics i need.
