RecommendedJose at Best Buy in Allen Texas was OUTSTANDING!!! He helped us pick out and purchase speakers and Apple car play for our sons truck! And then he installed it!!! Super knowledgeable and his customer service was exceptional! Definitely recommend!!!

Why won’t you guys answer the phone? I called at 3 different times today (am, midday, evening) and let it ring for 20 minutes each. Nothing! I’m not driving all the way over there to ask about an order that you dropped the ball on.
Awful customer service
No customer service at all
This is a DON’T RECOMMEND! Terrible customer service. Had them install new media equipment and their own technicians ordered the wrong accessories. When I went to return $200 in items not used (all in original sealed packaging) on a $2,000 order, I was refused because I was outside their 14 day return policy. They ordered the equipment and brought it to me. My fault for not knowing about the short return policy, but I was within 30days of the order. Buyer beware. I will never do business with them again.
