Ordered a CD online with delivery to this store. No email notification, when I tried to log in to see the order, didn't accept my password. I tried to do a password reset both to the email account and to my cellphone, and did not get the verification code to either, leaving me unable to go in and see what happened to my order. Not happy that I have to wait until tomorrow and call customer service at the store to see if I have an order or not. Horrible customer service. No one would help me and there were associates available
Bought a washer and dryer set. They price matched and treated me great. They said the washer wouldn't be in stock for a month - no problem, our dryer is out so we can work with that. They loaded it in our truck. Got home, went to unwrap and install it and it was a washer....not even the one we ordered. They wouldn't answer the phone at the store so we went to Nebraska Furniture Mart and rebought our set. We will be going to Best Buy for a return instead.
Make sure if you’re returning something that’s it’s specifically from this store and not another location. I thought you could make a return to any brick and mortar store, but apparently not. I was told at customer service that I would need to take my purchase to the original store which was closest to me at the time, but not closest to my house. SNES Classic release day and this store is wholly unprepared. Despite corporate Best Buy announcement that distribution will be first come, first served at 7:00 AM, this store is NOT participating. Rude manger won’t give sale details to people waiting hours on line. #shopattarget #SNESClassic
Customer service is real bad always have to wait for help at least 20 minutes, that just happened 7/8/17 purchased Tv 📺 and some other items and not one help us until I ask someone who was clocking in.
Love them! The staff is amazing in every way! I am a Forever customer!
