This Best Buy has to be the Best Buy with the worse customer service there is. I went earlier today to upgrade my iphone and the Sales guy Kevin was very helpful however he recommended to come back later with a phone to trade in. I went back in at 8pm and Kevin again helped me and between me and other conversations 9pm came and and the store had to close. Waited almost 45 minutes to get helped with a TV sound bar after getting mugged at the entrance for crap I didn't want or need. 3 Displays for the Samsung product, none of them working. Then I asked for the manager, after waiting 20 minutes, he shows up with an attitude, listens then apologized like he was telling his mom he was sorry he was late for supper. 0 customer service or concern. Bye bye, Best Buy.
On returns since been xmas returns the lines were long and only 2 clerks that was horrible while a lot on the floor was talking and doing nothing even people on line were mad horrible service yesterday
I just inquired about purchasing an "unlocked phone" that could be used with an AT&T account (because my daughter lost her phone) and was told that they did have several phones , however, because they are remodeling I'd be better off going directly to AT&T. Maybe I'd be better off going directly somewhere else for all my electronic needs as well.
