The worst to deal with ever. Order # BBY01-806112071639 Was delivered damaged. They did not install when it was paid for - did not unwrap it nor plug it in and now I have been on the phone for more then 6 hours trying to get it resolved. I have been disconnected via phone four times and via on line twice. No one will give me an answer. They continue to tell me I need the next person. Appliances. Returns and exchange. We purchased a washer and dryer from there that cost me over 2500 and the delivery came wrong, delivery guy left it unsecured and said he’d be back to secure the two items. Delivery guy said not to let anyone close to them cause they could fall. Wow just like that Best Buy!! Major No-No.. 7 hrs later and nothing. MAJOR LIABILITY issue on Best Buy if that falls. Lousy customer service. Delivery scheduled for Jan. 6th was moved to the 10th, then they wanted to move it to Feb. 1st, when I complained that was too long they moved it to January 13th. If they don't have an item they should tell you.

Yesterday, I tried to return an unopened item, with a receipt, to the Best Buy in Daytona Beach(32114), which is the store I purchased the item from. I wanted the money returned to the debt card I used, which I had with me. I was told that I would only be given store credit. So I asked to speak with a manager.
