I had a good experience at Best Buy in Bloomington. The only bad thing is that they always seem like they're in a hurry and need to go do something else. That drives me crazy. I never feel like I'm that important. I bet if they worked.on commission, they would be more attentive. Don't get me wrong, the time they do spend with you, they are very helpful though.
Just a quick shout out to the peeps at Best Buy in Normal, IL who helped me find the perfect laptop. I was looking for something basic, but the laptop I first purchased was TOO basic; the time it took to boot up was maddening. I was so nervous about taking it back thinking it would be a hassle, but the staff at Best Buy were adamant that I walk out with something that I would be happy with, and I did.
