Super disappointed. We have had a very difficult time getting the dishwasher and range hood (we ordered a month ago) delivered to our home. Every time I have tried to call, I have been put on hold for excessive amounts of time. I have been on hold now for 1 hour and 17 minutes. #bestbuy
The worst place ever. You see employee walking around or talking to each other but can never be help from them. When you call over the phone they make you wait 20 minutes to speak to you and then they hang up on you. Just plain rude!!
Was at the Best Buy in Bloomington this evening and it took over 30 minutes to get someone to help us. We were there to buy a SSD and the poor young man in the computer department was alone and helping a customer. Why was he alone in a department??? Look over at the phone section and there are three people just sitting there.

Return policy is ridiculous. Sales people should be required to tell customers there’s a 15 day return policy for unopened products. I never shop here and I try it once and they suck. I can go to any other store and return open products well after 15 days
Tried to call to talk to a manager about my amazing experience I had with two of the geek squad guys tonight! They were beyond helpful and even called Apple care for me and helped me with that whole process when they could’ve easily taken the easy way out and gave me the phone number. I didn’t get their names and my call got dropped when I tried to call the store but the help I received tonight was worth writing a review about!
