horrible Customer service
"BEST BUY" in Bloomington-Normal, IL is RACIST! We were walking into Best Buy when the associate named AUSTIN said, wait right here and stopped us from coming ALL the way in. At first we thought it was because of the pandemic. Until, ANOTHER EMPLOYEE let us through the ropes. However, AUSTIN, comes around and said I got your items guys. We thought he was being nice. I had purchased a TV on December first. I work in Beardstown and live in Petersburg. My husband as well has a hour drive to work. We purchased a TV on December 1st it was suppose to a deal. $299 for a 65 in Hisense. My husband waited to open and switch it out with our 65 in Sharp that quit work (which we purchased fro. best buy for $600 a little over a year ago) when he opened up the box and pulled it out he knew it was not a 65 inch tv, I was a 55 inch Visio. I tried to call someone regarding a price match that I was told in store would be acceptable. When I called the support center I was hung up on when I asked to speak to a supervisor! I am just trying to utilize a service Best Buy offers and I get nothing but lies and inconvenience!!! Very unhelpful after spending $2000 on TV

Thank you to the Best Buy Geek Squad for not laughing at me when I broke down crying over my laptop not working today. After I called ISU's tech support twice (the first person I spoke with for 45 minutes didn't have an answer and the second person transferred me to their supervisor who again didn't have an answer), I walked into Best Buy feeling hopeless and they luckily had a guy who was able to help at me right away.
