Tax free weekend , great. Went to buy a refrigerator and oven. Lowes had the refrigerator 50 bucks cheaper. They said they would match it, however while paying decided to tell me it was either or. Tax free or match. What a joke . Way to get me to the end of the transaction and pull a fast one. Spoke to the manager and he stated theres nothing he can do. Being an elite plus member that has spent over $4000 over the last year here means nothing. Way to treat a loyal customer, I'll be shopping elsewhere.
Ordered a Bowers & Wilkins P7 Headphones at the Willowbrook store Sunday and was told pick up would be Match 28th. When I checked my order online yesterday the pickup date was moved April 4th. So found that the Copperfield store had one ready. Changed my order and picked it up on the way home. It took less than 3 minutes to walk in and out. Couldn’t be happier with the service😎
Service Repair Sucks. On March 8, 2018, a third party repair guy requested by Geek Squad came out to see what was wrong with my refrigerator. He told me that the fan in the freezer was frozen and I would have to take all of the food out, leave the doors open for 30 hours to defrost the fan and he will be back to repair on Monday, March 12, 2018. I have had this problem repaired (3) times in the past but they still want to repair it instead of replacing it. How can someone go (6) days without a refrigerator? I have contacted ... read more
Shabbir in the computer/Laptop Department came was kind enough to ask is of we needed help and we did. He helped me and my wife in picking out a laptop and at the same time told us the best way to save money. He was very patient and extremely polite. That being said he also told us about the price match and other options we had as to save money. This guy is an amazing employee to Best Buy and makes picky customers like us want to come back and shop again! Thank you Shabbir and thank you Best Buy for Employees like him!
Im so glad to be in Texas. We were greeted with a warm friendly hello from entry. The floor staff were right there with us as soon as we walked into their department. If I had a question he would go find the answer if he was uncertain. The service made the experience "glorious" for me.
The Best Buy Credit Card site is a menagerie, or perhaps I should say that it is circumlocutious. You go around and around, never quite getting where you want to go. In this case, I was trying to make a payment on a Best Buy Credit Card. No luck. Are not computers wonderful. Joe B
I was very disappointed today when we went in to purchase a radio. We had it picked out and it would have taken all of 5 minutes to get it and we would be on our way. After being ignored by the install tech, I went to ask for help and I said "we know what we want we just can't get it, can you send someone to assist us, thank you" We were still ignored and not helped, so sad. I can understand a busy store but just simply checking in with your customers and saying "we will be right with you" goes a long way.
