Cathy Messinger Rating: ***** Geek Squad Eatontown is terrific! They gave me a next day appointment (compared to a 2 week wait in Manalapan). Today, Aug 12,2020, Mike R. was friendly and knowledgeable, and he explained the problem and solution to me in an easy to understand way. My experience was SO GOOD at Eatontown, compared to the horrible Geek Squad in Manalapan, that when I am ready to buy my next laptop I will buy it from Eatontown.

So when bestbuy decided to cancel my online preorder a day before it released for no reason, I immediately called support only to have them put me on hold forever, tell me my card is what caused the issue when they shouldn't have even done anything with my card until I go to pick up the item(which is completely untrue as I had money in my account and made a transaction earlier that day with it). They did not fix the issue at all and told me to go try to talk to someone in store(customer support is absolute trash on the phone... read more

Your customer service needs training. Telling me I can’t take out an iPad Air cover to look at it is not exactly a positive customer experience. So I should just buy it without looking at it to see if it fits my iPad. I let the manager know but it seems he had no idea how to even handle that. A little more training in the new year may help.

Never again!!! Best Buy has the worst delivery company! I am super pissed off right now and I am losing $100s of dollars of food because they have my fridge on the truck but cant deliver today...

Thumbs down. Do not visit Eatontown NJ store. Tried to get resolution of computer and softwareDaryl , the manager obviously does not believe in any type of customer service as he yelled, would not listen and ignored my requests for assistance in front of entire store of customers. No call back from his manager Sherilyn Mesnick either. Don’t stand behind their motto of great products and great service. Called to corporate but have yet to hear back (as I suspected.). Now have to resort to social media to express my frustration... read more

Had our dishwasher ready and loaded in our car even honored a sale on it that was over bc they left the sign up. Will definitely do business again!
