Worst customer service in the Mobile department. I waited for 30 minutes for the Damian to come back and he never returned. The other sales associate had an attitude and did not want to help us. He was very rude and dismissive of us when we wanted to know how much longer we had to wait.
Went to get a refund with receipt, Wed. The computers were down. They said they can't do any refunds. Go back next day, the customer service rep Tiffany rudely, said no , I must go to the store it was purchased at. I asked for a copy of the return policy and she said its not one. I asked for a manager, after ten minutes she sent another associate he said same.
