The Head Mannager with short hair an hazel contacts is rude, disrespectful, and does not know where any of the items are and talks to her customers like they are beneath her, and I her talk to her employees the same way. She kept saying she was from Louisiana, as if that is a reason to be rude and disrespectful. I will never shop here ever again.

I was so happy even though i didnt get the 50inch tv on sale for d black friday deal from those in store already they made plan to order for at least 30 more online at the same price,the cashier was awesome when my card declined ,she nicely gave me an hour to get another card and continue my transaction.it was the first orderly sale i attend ,there was no pushing,no stampede,everyone was online .the security officer were so nice to let me out and let me back in to get another card from my car.allover it was great to get that... read more
I bought an Ultra HD TV from this store and noticed that there was a crack in the tv. Even though I had my receipt and returned it within the 15 day return period, the sales person was extremely rude and refused to take the tv back. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store. The employees lack common courtesy, professionalism, and they fail to honor their return policy.
The general customer service number is always great... the store at Woodmore, not so much. I ordered a dryer and was given a delivery window. A very nice woman, Janae, from the Woodmore store called the day before, gave me her extension and told me to call if I had any problems. The next day the delivery never showed, so I called the extension. Someone else picked up... and wouldn't help! She just kept telling me to call the general number. Very disappointing. I'll buy from Best Buy but I'll avoid the Woodmore store.
